FORGED STEEL BALL
Our forged grinding balls are meticulously crafted from a selection of superior materials, including low-carbon alloy steel, high manganese steel, and high carbon & high manganese alloy steel. Building upon these robust materials, we have innovated a range of patented forged grinding balls that stand out for their competitiveness and efficiency. Our product lineup spans a wide spectrum of sizes, from 20mm to 150mm, and also from 1 inch to 6 inches, ensuring a diverse range to meet various industrial requirements. Furthermore, we are committed to customer satisfaction by offering customized sizes to fulfill specific client demands.
FEATURES:
Even hardness: The range of surface hardness is HRC55-67, volume hardness is HRC52-65;
Low broken ball rate: the actual breakage rate is lower than 0.5%;
High impact value: impact toughness is more than 12J / cm2;
Long service life: dropping test in 6m tester is more than 20,000 times;
Superior wear and corrosion-resistance: In the wet grinding environment, the steel ball has good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and its grinding effect can exert the greatest advantage in the wet grinding environment of the metal mines;
High grinding efficiency: outstanding perfermance applied in large-scale SAG mills as well asball mills.
